"Finish" Strong

The other day, I was working out with my friend, and we got a REALLY good chest workout on the bench presses. After a while, we decided to do pyramids, where he does 5, 10, 15, and 20 push-ups and I match him each time. Well, it turned out that neither of us were able to even do the first 5 due to muscle failure. Haha...it was like one of the lowest and highest points in my life at the same time.

Yesterday, I did some thinking, and I realized that I've been playing CS way too much. With less than a week left until spring break, I decided to "finish" strong until then. Of course, whatever I decided to do afterwards is up in the air...haha.

You know bench press and pushups both work your chest... if anything I'd say do pushups before bench press, but then you wouldn't be able to lift as much... or just do bench press. :) But I guess you learned. : P
